What is your list costing you?

At 10,000 contacts, a typical email service charges roughly $100 to $150 a month. That is $1,200 to $1,800 a year to email people who already signed up with you.

What it does

What MarbleSend does for you

backup_table

Sends survive a crash

The queue lives in your database. If the server restarts mid-send, the worker picks up where it stopped.

speed

Stays inside your host's limits

A cron-driven worker sends at a pace your host's SMTP allows, so your account is less likely to get flagged.

Checks your DNS for you

The Deliverability Checker reads your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and gives you the exact fixes to copy. It can't promise inbox placement, but it clears up the usual setup mistakes.

Groups your contacts

Put contacts into groups (one contact can be in several) and send to exactly that group. Groups are lists you build, not auto-updating segments.

dns

Grows from WordPress

The official plugin adds signup forms and connects WPForms, Forminator, Fluent Forms, Formidable Forms, and Contact Form 7. New signups land in your default group.

Also included: bounce handling and suppression, double opt-in with a consent log, a pre-flight checklist before every send, a REST API, and outbound webhooks.

bolt If your host caps sending

Host limits your daily emails? Turn on the managed Amazon SES relay.

That cap comes from your host and applies to every app on it. In Settings you can connect another SMTP provider, or switch on the managed relay. Friendly From needs no DNS changes. A custom sender domain needs 3 CNAME records, which you verify in one click. You get 20 free sends to try it, and more come in prepaid packs.

Questions before you buy

What will this cost me in total? expand_more
The license is a one-time payment, with 1 year of updates and support (Extended: 2 years). Your running costs are hosting, about $3 to $10 a month and probably what you already pay, plus sending. Sending through your host's SMTP is $0, through your own Amazon SES account is about $0.10 per 1,000 emails, and through our managed relay is a prepaid pack starting at $5 for 10,000. AI is optional: use your own key at no markup, or buy credits. There is no per-contact fee.
I'm not technical. Can I install this myself? expand_more
If you've installed WordPress, yes. You create an empty database, upload one file (install.php), open it in your browser, and enter your license key. The installer downloads the signed release and walks you through setup, then shows the one cron command to paste. The Install Guide has step-by-step instructions for cPanel and Hostinger.
What if it doesn't work on my hosting, or I change my mind? expand_more
Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. You can use Settings > License inside MarbleSend, email hello@marblesend.com, or use the link in your receipt. You get 100% back, tax included. A person reviews each request and replies by email, with a reason if we can't approve it. A refund deactivates the license, and your database and CSV exports stay yours.
My host limits how many emails I can send per day. Is MarbleSend still useful? expand_more
Yes. That limit comes from your host's mail server and applies to every app on it. In Settings you can connect another SMTP provider (Amazon SES, Postmark, Mailgun, and others) or switch on the managed Amazon SES relay. Friendly From needs no DNS changes; a custom sender domain needs 3 CNAME records. You don't reinstall or migrate. Limits differ from host to host, so check your plan before a big send.
Will my emails land in spam? expand_more
Nobody can promise inbox placement, and we won't. The Deliverability Checker reads your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and gives you the exact fixes. Double opt-in keeps your list clean, and bounce handling suppresses addresses that stop working. Those cover the usual causes of spam-folder trouble.
Is it safe to run email marketing on shared hosting? expand_more
Admin login supports two-factor authentication (TOTP), with the setup QR code generated on your own server. Cloudflare Turnstile guards public signup forms, repeated failed logins trigger a lockout and an email alert, and unsubscribe and tracking links are signed with HMAC-SHA256 so they can't be altered. Your contacts and sending history stay on your server.
I use Mailchimp today. Is moving a big project? expand_more
No. Export your contacts as one CSV, import it into MarbleSend, and send your next campaign from there. You can move in stages.
What happens to queued emails if my server goes down? expand_more
They stay in the queue. The queue lives in your database, so when the server comes back, the worker resumes where it stopped, including anything stuck mid-send.
Can I run a Substack-style newsletter? expand_more
For the core of it, yes. Write an article in the Markdown editor, mark it Ready, and a newsletter schedule sends it to the audience you pick, once per article, oldest first. Your writing and your list stay on your server. It is not a publishing platform: there is no public page or archive per article, no comments, no recommendation network, and no paid subscriptions.
What happens after the update period ends? expand_more
The version you have keeps working on your domain, with no expiry. Updates and support are included for 1 year (Extended: 2 years). After that, newer releases and support are no longer included. We don't promise a specific response time. You can extend the update period for 1 or 2 more years with a one-time payment from inside the app.
